Rescheduling or Cancelling

 

Regarding rescheduling or cancelling a photoshoot booked directly through our website, if you need to make changes to your photo session, kindly send us an email. Our rescheduling policy is as follows:

   - A non-refundable 10% deposit will be retained.

   - No refunds will be issued for no-shows at the agreed meeting point and time.

 

No Show

 

Failure to appear for the scheduled photoshoot session without prior notice will result in no refund, as the payment compensates the photographer for their time.

 

Think Ahead

 

We highly recommend arriving at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Being punctual is essential as any delay may result in a deduction from your allotted photoshoot duration, unless the photographer can accommodate an extension. If you anticipate a delay of 30 minutes or more, please notify your photographer. However, please keep in mind that they may have another photoshoot scheduled afterward and may not be able to adjust the session accordingly.If you arrive late for your session, the time that has passed will be forfeited from your chosen package. You will only be able to shoot for the remaining allocated time. If you wish to extend your photoshoot beyond the originally scheduled time, you have the option to upgrade your package. Rates vary depending on the location and occasion.

 

 

Extra Fees/Charges

 

Customers are responsible for any transportation fees or additional expenses (such as museum admissions, park fees, ferry tickets, Uber, bus, food, etc.) required for both themselves and the photographer.

 

 

Photography Copyright

 

Upon receiving the images, you will be granted a non-exclusive perpetual personal-use license. However, you are strictly prohibited from using the images in any way that involves charging money, collecting fees, or receiving any form of compensation. The images cannot be used for advertising purposes, resold, relicensed, or sub-licensed. The photographer retains the copyright for all images captured.

 

Photo Editing and Delivery

 

At MyTripGrapher, we provide a fun and candid photo experience, delivering professional photos that capture unforgettable memories. All images undergo color editing and correction. However, our photographers do not engage in extensive post-production editing, including techniques such as heavy retouching, liquifying, object removal, or alterations that significantly modify the original image. While we understand the desire for unedited or raw files, the true magic happens during the editing process. Editing all the images would be impractical for our photographers. We prioritize quality over quantity.

 

 

Copyright Protection

 

All content, photographs, underlying software, and technologies used on the Site, including copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights, are owned by MyTripGrapher or its licensors. You acknowledge that the Site, its content, photographic images, and underlying technology or software contain proprietary information owned by MyTripGrapher. MyTripGrapher has the right to monitor the content you provide to the Site but is not obligated to do so. The content on the Site is protected by copyright laws, both individually and as collective works and compilations, according to the USA and foreign copyright laws. You agree to comply with all copyright notices and restrictions on the Site. Accessing, using, displaying, performing, distributing, copying, or downloading content from the Site for purposes other than personal and non-commercial use is strictly prohibited without written consent from MyTripGrapher. By downloading or reproducing any information from this Site, you accept and agree to the conditions stated in this Statement without modification, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by you and MyTripGrapher.

 

 

Exclusion of Liability

 

By using our services, customers agree to release MyTripGrapher from any liability for damage, losses, or injuries incurred by them or any person or property resulting from the use of our services. Customers accept full responsibility for any such damage or injury. MyTripGrapher will not be held liable for incidents directly or indirectly related to our services.
